  • C2 Home Inspections was founded by brothers Cooper and Caid Budnick, whose interest in homes started long before the business did. Growing up, they spent years helping their mom renovate homes, learning firsthand how much care, problem-solving, and attention to detail goes into every property.

    After spending a few years in the Okanagan, both brothers returned home to Saskatchewan with hands-on experience in different areas of the trades. Cooper, an autobody technician by trade, also worked as a pool technician, bringing a detailed eye for systems, finishes, and functionality. Caid built his experience in roofing, gaining practical knowledge of one of the most important components of a home.

    Together, they created C2 Home Inspections to offer clients a professional, honest, and approachable inspection experience. As InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspectors CPI®, Cooper and Caid combine technical knowledge, real-world experience, and clear communication to help buyers, sellers, and homeowners better understand the properties they care about.

With strong attention to detail and practical field experience, Caid focuses on providing accurate and thorough inspections to help buyers and homeowners better understand the condition of their property. His hands-on background supports a careful, reliable, and professional approach to each inspection, with a strong understanding of residential structure and exterior systems.

COOPER BUDNICK

Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®)

Cooper Budnick is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector with a strong background in mechanical systems, equipment operations, and structural understanding. His experience with heavy equipment, residential systems, and mechanical diagnostics allows him to identify issues with precision and deliver thorough, reliable home inspections.
